Another Space, Another Time

Ars Nova Workshop, Spirits Up!, and Bartram’s Garden invites you to Another Space, Another Time, a new series exploring music, movement, and mindfulness.

This program is a space lead by yoga teacher Sudan Green, a certified movement and mindfulness teacher dedicated to making these practices more accessible to communities that need it most. It is an ode to the ancestors like Milford Graves who gathered communities around whole wellness — movement, mindfulness, and expression. In addition to yoga, the class will feature music and special guests bringing in added elements of alternative healing.
